Chicken Korma

I had trouble deciding which recipe to cook. I must say all the recipes look good.

In the end, I made the quick chicken korma from the recipe book. There's a longer version in the recipe card that comes with the curry night kit.

It was certainly quick, easy and very tasty. The recipe was dead easy to follow, but I did add a teaspoon of goan spice (which is the hottest) plus a chopped red chilli because we like things hot and spicy!
