How to Level Up Your Juicing Game at Home

Juicing is a healthy practice that can keep you looking fresh by flushing out toxins inside your body.

However, we all know it can get boring at times. So I’m here to share with you a few tips on how you can level up your juicing game even at the confines of your own home!

Red juices in glasses

Mix and match your favourite greens

Granted, you can be a certified chef in the kitchen when it comes to whipping up awesome plant-based meals. But that doesn’t automatically make you an expert in making drinks out of such food.

But there is a simple way you can do that: just try to mix your favourite greens together paired with a hint of citrus.

By doing so, you’d get the best of both worlds when it comes to taste and nutrition.

Don’t throw away the pulp!

Blend it in a smoothie

Make a vegetable broth for your soup needs

Add it into baked goods

Use it to perfect your skincare routine

Leftover juices are golden

When you’ve already used up your pulp, then, of course, you should consider what you’d be doing to your leftover juice.

Here are some cool ideas to fuel your creative juices on how to use the rest of your juice:

Non-alcoholic cocktail base

Who says you can’t drink a bit of cocktail when you’re watching your weight? Well, you can if you use awesome plant juice for your cocktail base!

Simply skip the soda or even the tequila shot and whip up an amazingly tasty and safe cocktail made out of your favourite juice.

Mix it in with baby food

We all know that plant-based foods and beverages are amazing for our bodies. So if that’s the case, then it’s definitely healthy enough to mix in with baby food.

Just double check first if your baby is allergic to anything that might be inside your juice before putting it in.

But once you’ve made absolutely sure that it’s not bad for them, and then no one is stopping you!

Who knows? Your baby might develop a preference for veggies if you did that, right?

Freeze them for an extra special summer treat

Of course, juices are absolutely wonderful when we drink them during the summertime, so they’d be even better when frozen as juice pops!

Get some carrot juice and put in a little bit of honey to allow your sweet tooth to enjoy the delicacy in the midst of the summer heat.

What if I can’t make it Taste Good?

Then don’t worry. Actually, you don’t have to stress yourself slaving in the kitchen for hours on end just to reap the amazing benefits of green juice when you can simply avail yourself of ready-to-drink juice packs that are all the rave right now.

These are perfect alternatives to those of us who are always on the go, and thus don’t have enough time to prepare our own juices.

Keep in mind that if you are planning to go on a green juice cleanse, you will find it easier to see it through the end if you are actually enjoying what you’re drinking, especially when it comes to the taste and texture.

You can’t leave things to chance lest you set yourself up to fail, hence going for store-bought green juice might be the more practical option rather than forcing yourself to make your own beverage at home.

That could just be added pressure that you definitely don’t need now that you need your A-game to finish a juice cleanse.

Wrapping Up

Again, if you have all the time in the world, then, by all means, you can spend your hours in the kitchen trying to create a green juice recipe that is agreeable for the whole family.

However, if you’re working within a tight deadline or you just want to get on with your juice cleanse soon, there is also nothing wrong with leaving things to the experts and simply having really good green juices delivered to your doorstep.

After all, that is still considered levelling up your juicing game at home, right?
