What is Cauliflower Cheese?

Cauliflower cheese is a traditional British dish. You can serve cauliflower cheese as a main course, for lunch or dinner, but it's more usual to serve it as a side dish.

Made by pouring cheese sauce over the top and baking in an oven until golden and bubbling.
