Fried spaghetti
Start by gathering your ingredients.
Take a large frying pan and heat the oil and butter until melted and sizzling. Add the spaghetti and stir well to coat it evenly.
Season with pepper and stir for a few minutes more to heat through.
Add the beaten eggs and stir it well, then mix in the grated cheese. Let it cook for one to two minutes. Drizzle the hot sauce on top.
Sprinkle over the red pepper flakes and mix everything together.
Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley on top.
Other ingredients that you could include
- snipped chives
- pancetta
- cooked bacon
- ham
- sun-dried tomatoes
- spring onions/scallions
- shredded cooked chicken
- jalapeño peppers
- any cheese - but I suggest not using a blue cheese as it's too fatty
