That said the chicken fillet is fine, it's just the bacon and cheese - oh and the sauce that have all the calories....and perhaps the skinny chips, but I'm pretty sure the lettuce makes it all okay?!
This makes quite a bit of sauce - hard to say for how many as it depends on how much sauce you want to pile on your burgers!

I use the Froothie Optimum 9200 Next Generation POWER Blender simply because I believe it's the BEST blender out there. It crushes ice in seconds and is easy to use too, it has three speeds and three timer settings including a handy pulse button.
The Optimum 9200 is a commercial-grade super blender designed for longevity, versatility and BRAWN. Stronger, faster and more powerful than a Vitamix, the Optimum 9200 - you can read my review here.
As I'm an ambassador for Froothie if you order anything on their site (excluding the Healthy VibroFit) you can get FREE Delivery as long as you add this 'Free Ambassador Delivery 2403' in the comments section of your order; the delivery cost will be credited back to your card.
