Judge Cookware sell this fancy Top Quality Roasting Tin and V Rack and a really good Yorkshire Pudding Tin.
This 35cm Roast Tin and V Rack is made from Heavy Carbon Steel with a Non-Stick coating which has been designed to cook meat to perfection.
The tin provides even heat distribution, while the rack has been fashioned into a V to allow fat to drain away from the joint, giving you a crisper, healthier cut. The excess oil can then be poured away or used to make gravy.
