Organic Herbal Products - Relax Massage Oil from Pukka

We all know it's important to eat well but healthily too and for general well-being it is also good to relax.  With today's busy lifestyle it's easy to grab quick (and often unhealthy food) and never even seem to have time to eat properly.

Some people even find themselves eating on the move too which isn't ideal at all.  To avoid aging, it's important to take time out to actually slow down and relax.

Everyone should seriously try to find some time to actually relax properly.  Looking after your skin is important and a nice massage not only makes you feel good as it relieves stress but also nourishes the skin and makes it radiant.

Pukka herbs have a wide range of woman's and men's health products, skin care - a huge array of other organic health products.

Having recently been asked to review a product from Pukka Organic Herbs, I chose the Relax Massage Oil:
This organic oil contains sesame oil, olive oil, ashwagandha, bala, shatavari, passion flower, bhringaraja, licorice, tulsi, valerian and jasmine flowers.
Suitable for both vegetarians and vegans which is good news for everyone.

Tried and Tested:
Having used a good few different massage oils over the years I have to say their Relax Massage Oil glides really easily over the skin.  Not only that, it smells pleasant too.  Simply heat it up or warm gently in your hands, allow the oil to absorb into your skin for at least half an hour and then wash off in a warm shower or bath if required.  Afterwards your skin does feel wonderfully soft and silky smooth.

Here's just a few of the huge variety of herbal teas available at Pukka;
Love: a tea made with organic rose, chamomile & lavender flower.
Licorice and Cinnamon: a rich & mellow organic herbal tea .
Three Fennel: organic sweet fennel, wild fennel & fennel leaf tea to soothe & calm.

Thank you to Dan and Pukka herbs for sending me the massage oil to review.
All opinions and thoughts are my own.  I was not required to write a positive review.  I only ever post reviews on products I like the look of, and therefore would buy myself.

  1. Thank you for sharing this review Jan. I've been on the search for some reliable essential oils. I'll be sure and check them out!

    My daughter has been using Doterra, although fragrant, they are a bit pricey. Thanks again.

I love to hear from everyone so thanks for taking the time to comment.
