Boursin Black Pepper Cheese Portions

Boursin have now launched Black Pepper flavour portions to their delicious range of cheeses alongside Garlic and Herb portions.
Sold in boxes of six individually wrapped cheeses which is great for portion control and to keep them nice and fresh.

I'm already a huge fan of Boursin and I love the lightly cracked peppercorn flavour which goes so well with the rich and creamy cheese.  A quick word of warning - they are very moreish!  Simply spread on a cracker or two and I'm happy, but then again the garlic & herb portions are in my opinion far too nice!

Quick recipe idea!
Both flavours of course are ideal for snacking or taking on a picnic, but what about using them as a filling to make an easy chicken roulade?

Just flatten out skinless chicken fillets, spread one side with any Boursin cheese flavour you fancy, roll up like a cigar and trim the ends to make tidy or tuck underneath like a parcel.  Wrap the chicken in Pancetta and bake in a pre-heated oven 200C/400F of Gas 6  for about 25 minutes or so until the chicken is cooked through.

Thank you to Boursin, Sarah and Kirsty for sending me some lovely cheese to review.
All opinions and thoughts are my own.  I was not required to write a positive review.  I only ever post reviews on products I like the look of, and therefore would buy myself.
