Domino's RedHot Wings and Toffee Apple Cookies - Review

Domino's the Pizza Delivery people kindly sent me a couple of vouchers to try their Frank's RedHot Wings and Domino's Toffee Apple Cookies.

About the wings:  Now it has to be said, they are not joking when they say Franks RedHot Wings are HOT!  But in this house we like hot and spicy so this can only be a good thing.

FRANK’S® RedHot® the renowned sauce, famous for being the key ingredient in their original world-famous Buffalo Wings.  A fiery flavour using a blend of aged cayenne peppers to create heat.

The wings arrived nice and hot in every sense of the word - both in temperature and in hot as in spicy h-h-hot!

If you like hot and spicy food (and of course chicken) these are the very fellows to do the trick.
Paul (the husband) isn't a fan of chicken on the bone, but he did have a taste and loved them.  I'm not half as fussy and so that meant all the more for me, thank you very much.

The wings arrived with a pot of Frank's Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce for dunking.  This sauce is for the serious lover of all things hot and spicy. Whoa!
But there's something about spicy food that even though it's hot, you have to eat more - well I do anyway!

All in all, I absolutely love them.

Now what about the Toffee Apple Cookies?

Served warm these cookies are chewy and gooey and delicious.
Apple and pieces of toffee in the dough along with a good amount of cinnamon.  Nothing more to be said - these cookies are very moreish indeed.

The only thing I will point out is the cookies were a little on the small side.  That said they're sold in a box of 4 for £3.49 so the price is okay compared to say cookies from well known high street cookie companies and bakers.

Look at it this way!
If they were any bigger they'd only contain more calories so perhaps it's just as well they're not!
All in all, we both thought they tasted too good to fuss about the size!
