Weight Watchers Biscuits - ProPoints Plan Treats

Weight Watchers have a great range of products to help you to loose weight and they also have some lovely treats, which of course are all low low in calories.
Anyone following the their famous ProPoints plan will be pleased to hear each pack is marked with the points so you can easily keep track of how many you've used.

ProPoints Plan Treats

Our favorite ones from this lovely assortment sent to us were the Caramel Wafers, Jaffa Cake Bars.  Oh and the Chocolate biscuits.  That said the Oat Digestives were rather nice too!

You can find out more about Weight Watchers and how to start loosing weight with their ProPoints Plan over at the Weight Watchers website.

Many thanks to Truely for sending us the biscuits to try.

Quesadillas from Weight Watchers

Weight Watchers have launched a really good Supper Club app on FaceBook.  There's a great range of recipes that are easy to make and don't cost much either but more importantly they are healthy and look delicious too.

The easy to follow Weight Watchers ProPoints plan means that being on a diet doesn't have to mean eating boring food.

After having a look through Weight Watchers Recipes it was hard to pick one as everything looked so good.  In the end I chose to make Quesadillas they work out at 9 ProPoints per serving and the recipes makes 2 servings.

Get Your Kids to Eat Healthy Food and Cook-Along Too

Hungry?  The recipe book by 'Innocent' is full of lovely looking recipes that are not only quick, but easy too. This book shows you how to make delicious healthy food at home and get the kids involved in the kitchen at the same time.

We don't have any children but if we did I'd be sure to get them in that kitchen, and get cooking as early as possible!!

I personally think too many parents (of course not all) feed their kids junk food.  With most, I believe it's just a case of simply not knowing how to cook in the first place.  Your whole family will benefit health-wise from you learning to cook a few basic recipes and cooking yourself is far, far cheaper than buying ready meals.
