Judge - Sabatier Kitchen Knives Review

Judge has teamed up with Sabatier to bring a range of quality kitchen knives designed with the professional/home chef in mind.

Sabatier Kitchen Knives Review

Made from hardened stainless steel with smooth, ergonomic handles and are comfortable to hold and use.

The riveted handles make these knives robust and the Sabatier endorsement assures that each knife is designed with professional Sabatier standards of material, weight, balance and safety in mind.

I'm loving these knives, the Chefs knife I was sent has a blade length of 20cm but it's also available in 15cm length.

A Chef's knife is a multi-purpose knife used for mincing, slicing, and chopping vegetables, slicing meat, and disjointing large cuts.

Both knives are nicely weighted making them comfortable to use - yes they to do a good job of slicing.

The paring knife is just the right size at 9cm and, as with the Chef's knife, it is really sharp!

But of course, this is a good thing as you are far less lightly to cut yourself using a sharp knife than a blunt one. Paring knives are brilliant for slicing and chopping fruit and vegetables.

Now, in an attempt to show you how nicely these knives slice through cucumber and spring onions here's my photo; no it's not an amazing photo but you get the idea, nice thin slices.

Each time I tried to take a picture it came out either too dark like this one, but if I lighten it up you can't see the Sabatier Judge logo or the white part of the spring onions.

The knives in the range are dishwasher safe and come with the Judge 25-Year Guarantee.

All in all, I say these knives are excellent in quality and they're a good price too. For your nearest stockist pop over to Judge Cookware.
