ProCook Carbon Steel Crepe Pan - Giveaway

Yes I know pancake day was yesterday, but I say pancakes are good any day of the year!  Whether you like your pancakes made thick or thin, served with lemon and a sprinkling of sugar, drenched in maple syrup or smothered in chocolate the one thing you will need to make the perfect pancake is a good pancake or crepe pan.

Enter my giveaway to be in with a chance of winning this rather nice ProCook Kitchenware 24cm Carbon Steel Crepe Pan (pictured below) which of course can be used to make regular pancakes too.

Servings: 16 pancakes
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
2  whole eggs
400 ml milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups self raising flour
1/3 cup caster sugar

Instructions
Add milk, eggs and vanilla to a jug and whisk to add a little air. Sift flour and sugar into a large mixing bowl.  Add milk mixture to a well in the centre and whisk until all ingredients are combined and no lumps are visible.

Add a little butter or walnut oil to a large frying pan and put onto a medium heat.  Take 1/4 of a cup of mixture and pour into the centre of the pan. Cook gently until bubbles appear on the mixture's surface.

Turn or flip and cook the other side for a similar time.  Add a little more butter or oil and repeat until the mixture is used up.
