Weight Watchers Breakfast Biscuits - Review

As we all know eating breakfast really does help to set us up for the day.  Unfortunately, due to our busy lifestyles which are becoming increasingly busier, it can sometimes be hard to find the time to eat!

Weight Watchers Breakfast

But clearly this isn't a good thing for our health!  These Weight Watchers Breakfast Biscuits made using wheat and oats, with a combination of B vitamins and iron and designed specifically to be enjoyed for breakfast on-the-go.
Available in two flavours, Milk & Honey and Fruit & Seeds.  Both are a great source of fibre and vitamins and contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Weight Watchers Breakfast Biscuits

Each carton contains six individually wrapped portions of 2 biscuits and with a ProPoints® value of just 4 per serving. The new Weight Watchers Breakfast Biscuits have an RRP of £2.49 for 6 portion packs and are available in Sainsbury’s and Independent stores nationwide.

The taste test:
Both flavours are surprisingly rather nice, but my personal favorite is Fruit and Seeds.  I say 'surprisingly' because recently I've tried many breakfast biscuits and find some stick to your teeth and are hard to swallow.
Both of these Weight Watchers biscuit flavours are nice and crispy.  The convenient individually wrapped portions makes them easy to pop into you bag and eat on the bus or train, or when you get to work.

Two biscuits are enough to keep you full:
Most other brands of breakfast biscuits I've tried come in packs of four and are designed to keep you full till lunch time - if you eat all four.  Now I can eat for England, but even I struggle to eat four biscuits so end up only eating three at most and then in a couple of hours I'm hungry again.  Although that said, if you do manage to eat all four of certain brands then they do actually keep you full.

Having tried eating a pack of two of these Weight Watchers breakfast biscuits along with a banana for 4 days in a row, I can honestly say I didn't feel hungry all morning.  Now for me to not be hungry, that really is something quite amazing!

Thank you to Tom and Truley for sending me some to review.
All opinions and thoughts are my own.  I was not required to write a positive review.  I only ever post reviews on products I like the look of, and therefore would buy myself.

  1. Have you thought of reviewing the Nutritional content? These biscuits are heavy on sugars just like the cereals they replace
If you compare them to regular biscuits ( which are cheaper) there's not much difference.
Add protein to your breakfast you'll feel fuller for longer and avoid Diabetes and weight gain....
